Healing nature. Soul comforter forest
The environment with nature lowers stress, increases self-confidence and our immune system.
During walks, it is often easier to let your feelings run free and to express them with thoughts that often arise. New solutions emerge and attitudes can change.
We take a walk in nature and you can talk about topics and conflicts that concern you. We will discuss what comes to mind.
Forest bathing can also be so beneficial. Not just for wilderness-lovers.
Is it fitness or a new trend? In Japan in the 1980s forest bathing got used as a physiological and psychological exercise called shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere”). .
The Japanese quickly embraced this form of ecotherapy. In the 1990s, researchers began studying the physiological benefits of forest bathing and found out that it can lower stress hormones and blood pressure, relieve anxiety and depression and even boost the cancer-fighting cells of your immune system for as much as 30 days.
Science has proved what we innately knew already: time spent surrounded by nature is good for us. Actually we don´t need to be scientists to know that nature can make us feel great.
Let´s connect with what surrounds us. Nature. Nowadays it might be more important than ever before to go outside, in nature. We mostly spend our days inside, infront of the tv, computer,...
In the forest we do mindfulness exercises, learn to perceive our surroundings properly again, to feel and appreciate ourselves more. (A longer stay of around 3 hours is recommended for forest bathing)
Surrounded by lush greenery, the smell of moss, the clean air.
Forget the time, perceive and feel like new born. Connect with nature. Connect with yourself.
